Slow Cooker Garlic Parmesan Chicken (Print View)

06 - 1 small yellow onion, sliced

# How to Make:

01 - Lightly grease the inside of the slow cooker with 1 tablespoon olive oil.
02 - Arrange halved potatoes and sliced onion evenly on the bottom.
03 - In a small bowl, combine minced garlic, Italian herbs, paprika, salt, pepper, and remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil. Rub mixture over chicken breasts on both sides.
04 - Place seasoned chicken on top of potatoes and onions. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese evenly over everything.
05 - Pour heavy cream around edges if using. Cover and cook on High for 4 hours or Low for 7 hours until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are fork-tender.
06 - Garnish with chopped parsley and extra Parmesan before serving.
