01 - 1 French baguette, sliced into 16 pieces
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil

→ Cheese & Meats

03 - 8 ounces fresh mozzarella, sliced
04 - 4 ounces thinly sliced roast beef
05 - 4 ounces thinly sliced prosciutto

→ Garnish

06 - 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
07 - 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
08 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

# How to Make:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Arrange baguette slices on baking sheet and brush both sides lightly with olive oil.
02 - Bake slices for 7-8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crisp.
03 - Top each crostini with mozzarella slice. Return to oven for 2 minutes until cheese begins to soften.
04 - Remove from oven. Layer each with a piece of roast beef and slice of prosciutto.
05 - Garnish with fresh basil, drizzle with balsamic glaze, and sprinkle with black pepper. Serve immediately while warm.
