# Ingredient List:

01 - 14 oz beef sausage, sliced into ½-inch rounds

→ Vegetables

02 - 1 red bell pepper, sliced
03 - 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
04 - 1 green bell pepper, sliced
05 - 1 medium yellow onion, thinly sliced
06 - 2 cloves garlic, minced

07 - 1 tsp smoked paprika
08 - ½ tsp dried oregano

# How to Make:

01 - Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced beef sausage and cook for 4–5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned. Remove sausage from skillet and set aside.
02 - Add remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil to the skillet. Add onion and bell peppers, sauté for 5–6 minutes until softened.
03 - Stir in the garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
04 - Return sausage to the skillet. Sprinkle with smoked paprika, oregano, crushed red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
05 - Toss everything together and cook for another 3–4 minutes, allowing flavors to meld and vegetables to reach desired tenderness.
06 - Remove from heat. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve hot.
